Senior Product Owner – CRM (m/f/d)

Your ContributionAs Senior Product Owner – CRM, you drive the evolution of our Odoo-based CRM and ERP platforms and ensure they continuously support our business objectives. You combine product ownership with a strong focus on business process excellence, challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation. Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you align stakeholders across functions and countries around a shared product vision. Through continuous improvement of customer, operational, and financial processes, you help create better customer experiences, higher efficiency, and scalable business operations. Menu of ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you take ownership of our CRM and ERP landscape and drive continuous improvement across business-critical processes:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for our Odoo-based CRM and ERP platforms, aligned with business strategy and customer experience goals.
• Analyse, challenge, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across Order-to-Cash, billing, payments, customer management, logistics, procurement, and finance.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating business needs and process improvement opportunities into clear user stories and deliverables.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Support, Operations, Logistics, and Data teams to align priorities and maximise business value.
• Lead collaboration with implementation and service partners, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and expected outcomes.
• Drive adoption of new capabilities by ensuring process integrity, data quality, effective release planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback.

Ingredients for Success

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role within CRM, ERP, or business systems environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial, operational, financial, and logistics processes, with the ability to identify and drive process improvements.
• Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations within agile ways of working.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, enabling alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Customer-focused mindset combined with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working with CRM and ERP platforms; knowledge of Odoo is beneficial. Fluent English is required.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 85k.
