Portfolio Director (f/m/d) - Noedra

A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Director to lead and integrate our Digital Grid Noedra products and portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in product leadership, portfolio strategy, OT/IT convergence, analytics-driven solutions, Technology and architecture alignment, with a proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overarching product vision and portfolio strategy for Digital Grid, ensuring alignment across subsegments and translating strategic priorities into coherent, scalable product roadmaps. You will drive the Noedra product and portfolio strategy and foster cross-segment alignment and ensure technology coherence and integration across the Digital Grid ecosystem.

You will work in close partnership with subsegment product leaders, Strategic Portfolio Management, Technology Management, and Commercial teams to institutionalize horizontal orchestration while preserving strong vertical product accountability. The successful candidate will combine enterprise-level systems thinking with strong executive influence to enable sustainable growth, innovation, and long-term value creation across the Digital Grid portfolio.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Drive the overarching Noedra portfolio vision and multi-year portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital grid strategy.
• Establish and drive a cross-segment product alignment framework that enables transparency, coordination, and shared priorities across all Noedra products suits while preserving full product ownership and roadmap execution within subsegments.
• Lead the market introduction of the portfolio in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and regional teams and ensuring successful positioning and market adoption, from launch strategy through commercialization.
• Drive enterprise-level investment themes, strategic initiatives and partnerships that require cross-Noedra suits coordination.
• Act as the executive integration point between Product, Strategy, Technology & Architecture and Partnerships to ensure portfolio-wide coherence.
• Represent the consolidated Noedra portfolio strategy in executive discussions, serving as an enabler of cross-segment alignment and value creation. 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Long term experience leading complex product organizations and portfolio strategy for digital platforms, including cross-segment alignment.
• Ideally with domain experience in the electrical sector, particularly in substations and power grid environments.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, software-driven solutions, technology integration, cloud ecosystems, and scalable digital architectures, including IT/OT convergence and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in investment prioritization, portfolio performance management, and value realization.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment without direct operational authority.
