Your tasks.

  • Lead and coordinate M&A projects from initial evaluation through signing and closing
  • Manage and coordinate due diligence activities across all workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Build financial models, perform company valuations, and support investment decision-making processes
  • Assess integration opportunities and synergy potential in close collaboration with business teams
  • Support the preparation of offer documents, transaction structures, and related legal documentation
  • Develop and implement turnaround, restructuring, and value creation initiatives across business divisions within the region
  • Drive post-merger integration activities to ensure successful realization of strategic and financial objectives

Your profile.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Transaction Services, Audit, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, valuation methodologies, and transaction processes
  • Excellent command of English; German is preferred, and additional European languages are considered a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
