Help create an emission-free energy and mobility future! We are looking for a part-time (20h) position in Munich as of now: HR Business Partner (all genders) Your tasks:

• Advising managers on all people-related, organizational, and employment law matters
• Maintaining a collaborative relationship with employee representatives and supporting works council matters and procedures
• Supporting organizational, transformation, and change management initiatives
• Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Supporting talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee development processes

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law
• Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)
