Headcount Controlling, Reporting and Digitalization Business Partner (f/m/d)

As part of the Function Controlling team for Grid Technologies, you will act as the Business Partner for Headcount Reporting and lead the global harmonization, automation, and continuous enhancement of Headcount Controlling & Reporting processes. You will combine strong controlling expertise with a digital and analytical mindset: structuring and analyzing data, mapping and optimizing processes, and driving automation to enable fact - based decision - making. Leveraging your finance expertise and affinity for data, you will manage a broad and dynamic scope, translating complex information into transparent insights that support compliance, efficiency, and sustainable decision-making.  

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead the mapping, harmonization, and optimization of Headcount Controlling & Reporting processes, ensuring full compliance with Siemens Energy reporting standards. 
• Advance automation and digitalization to build a transparent, scalable, and insight - driven Headcount Reporting landscape. 
• Coordinate the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Headcount reporting solutions (COIN, Power BI, SAC, Alteryx), including the development of reliable data models and dashboards in close partnership with the DPS team.  
• Deliver deep - dive analytics on headcount trends, clusters, and allocations (e.g., Functional Area reporting) at Grid Technologies level, providing clear, decision - relevant insights to management.
