As Head of HR Global Healthcare Operations, you will be the global strategic HR leader for an organization of approximately 7,500 employees across 20 sites, serving more than 100 million patients every day. You will partner with senior leaders across operations, manufacturing, supply network, engineering, technology, and EHS to shape the people agenda for a complex, globally regulated GxP/GMP environment.

You will enable the GHO transformation under Focus30, guided by “Top at the sites, Lean at the core, Smart with suppliers,” and build the workforce, leadership, talent, and Smart Manufacturing capabilities required for future-ready operations, quality, compliance, and employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the GHO people agenda, aligning business priorities, transformation goals, workforce plans, and people outcomes.
• Lead workforce adaptation for the GHO transformation, translating the end-to-end operating principle into clear people priorities and execution plans across geographies.
• Build leadership, talent, reskilling, and upskilling capabilities for Smart Manufacturing, digital operations, scarce technical skills, and regulated operational excellence.
• Act as a trusted executive advisor on organization effectiveness, change leadership, people risk, GxP/GMP readiness, quality, and compliance.
• Lead and develop a team of Global HR Business Partners and leverage people analytics to anticipate workforce needs, risks, and business impact.

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive global HR leadership experience in regulated Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or operations environments.
• Proven experience partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations leaders in complex global organizations.
• Strong track record in workforce transformation, organization design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and large-scale change.
• Practical understanding of GMP/GxP expectations and their implications for workforce practices, training, leadership accountability, and inspection readiness.
• Strong executive influencing, consulting, communication, and people analytics skills; fluent English required, additional languages such as German are an advantage.
