Cybersecurity Transformation Program Lead (f/m/d)

Join us as a Cybersecurity Transformation Program Lead (f/m/d) and drive a strategic product cybersecurity program across Germany or Norway. You will connect IEC 62443, the EU Cyber Resilience Act, NIS2, cloud cybersecurity, governance, and customer requirements into one scalable framework. You will turn strategic goals into clear workstreams and coordinate delivery across product management, engineering, cloud operations, service, quality, legal, and cybersecurity teams. Your work will help protect market access, reduce regulatory and operational risk, support compliance, and build a sustainable cybersecurity capability across the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Leadership of the program roadmap, workstreams, milestones, priorities, resources, governance, KPIs, budgets, risks, and compliance status
• Translation of cybersecurity goals into clear deliverables with accountable ownership, and preparation of reports and decision proposals for senior management
• Coordination of implementation of CRA, NIS2, and IEC 62443 requirements, including support for certification and recertification activities
• Integration of cybersecurity requirements into PLM, development, release, service, cloud, and vulnerability-management processes
• Collaboration with product management, engineering, cloud operations, service, quality, legal, and cybersecurity teams to align roles, resolve conflicts, and support communication, training, and change activities

What You Bring

• A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, business information systems, or a comparable discipline; equivalent professional experience is also welcome
• Several years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, engineering, compliance, or program management, including several years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs or transformations
• Strong working knowledge of IEC 62443 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act, plus a good understanding of NIS2, secure product development, vulnerability management, and cloud-security governance
• Experience with regulatory, standards-based, or certification requirements, ideally in product or industrial cybersecurity and internationally distributed organizations
• Fluent business English; German or other relevant languages are beneficial

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
